Machine Operator

Steel Tile Co. is a well-established, family-owned company offering a wide range of metal roofing products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs, good hand/eye coordination and dexterity,
**Responsibilities**:
Set-up and operation of brake press/slitter/roll forming/etc. for specific patterns
Material handling
Work at a continuous pace and produce quality of work
Perform work accurately with attention to detail
Document completed work daily
Perform other duties as required
Available to work overtime when required
Qualifications/Requirements:
1-2 years experience as a press operator preferred
Knowledge and ability to set-up the brake press and slitter for various forming
Knowledge and experience with roll forming equipment preferred
Experience with the operation of overhead cranes and forklifts preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and precision skills
Steel-toed safety boots
Salary will be based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
