We are looking for a golf-savvy, mature, enthusiastic person to take care of our golfing community at Foxbridge Golf Club.

This position will require:

- opening / closing of the store
- booking tee times and checking in golfers
- interactions with customers on a daily basis
- handling customer service situations
- answering the telephone
- handling money - cash and debit machine
- computer skills
- selling beer, food, merchandise, and others
- communication with administration / management team in all departments
- maintenance and cleaning of the store and merchandise
- restocking the beverage fridge as needed
- standing for long periods of time
- driving golf carts
- be 18+
- be available through at least the end of October
- be available to work a variety of shifts - especially afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- be able to handle periods of extreme busyness, able to keep busy during the quiet periods, and can think on their feet to problem solve
- have at least a basic understanding of golf
- be knowledgeable with basic computer skills
- **SmartServe is required**

This position requires some flexibility with scheduling due to season and weather.

Immediate start.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Uxbridge, ON L9P 0N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
