**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Assisting the management team with recruitment and onboarding of new makers, assisting them during their move in, and data entry/updates to keep track of all makers in store
- Learning about makers’ products and sharing your expertise with customers
- Resolving issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
- Processing point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Staying current, understanding and communicating Shop Makers’ policies as well as the wide range of services and events offered
- Ensuring the store is visually appealing and fulfills company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays
- Opening & Closing procedures

**RETAIL SALES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- 1+ year experience in sales, retail, or customer service environments
- Business administration proficiency a plus
- Experience in team leadership & facilitation of work

**PERKS**

- **Pay $19/hr**

**STORE HOURS**:

- **Tuesday-Saturday 10a-9p**:

- **Sunday-Monday 11a-7p**

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
