O’Dell Associates is a well-established heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment representative that works across Ontario with engineers, building owners, mechanical and plumbing contractors in both commercial and industrial settings.
In part of drive for continual growth, we have added hydronic focused heating manufacturers to our ever-growing line card. Your role as a Hydronic Sales Lead, will be to educate, estimate and sell hydronic based equipment to new and existing customers. This position will focus on boilers, radiant heating and hydronic system solutions. You will work in collaboration with our outside salespeople to deliver prompt and accurate quotations for our customers and clientele, follow up on estimates, and support successful bids. We’re looking for a highly organized and conscientious individual to contribute to the success of our winning team.
- Daily Responsibilities Include:_
- Build relationships with new customer clientele
- Educate and support existing customers with hydronic sales line card
- Reviewing tender forms and specifications
- Support O’Dell sales team during project tendering
- Provide accurate replacement options for customers
- Job Requirements:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment across multiple office locations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and drivers license for travel within Canada and USA for training at manufacturers’ facilities
- Experience in the construction industry (i.e. engineering sales, contracting) is not required, but is considered an asset.
