**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide a full range of barbering services, including fades, tapers, classic cuts, beard trims, and shaves
- Be comfortable and confident working with **all hair types and textures**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay current with grooming trends and techniques to offer clients modern, on-trend styles
- Bring and maintain a **loyal clientele base**

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience** in a professional barbering environment
- Must have **established clientele** willing to follow to a new shop
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
