Managing the Front End department of the store.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front end staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and retaining cashiers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Daily cash and transaction reconciliation
- Executing programs such as at till customer asks such as donations and other fundraising events
- Keeping up to date with communications sent from head office
- Communicating and working with the store owner and other department managers
Things we look for:
- Positive attitude, sociable, and a desire to lead
- Proficient with handling money and familiar with front end roles
- Responsible, accountable, and punctual
- Remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability
Your experience:
- Cashier or other Front End related role, 2~3 years
- Computer and technologically inclined
- Supervisory/Management roles a plus
- Retail experience a plus
