**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with HVAC professionals to integrate plumbing systems with heating and cooling units.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for the installation or removal of plumbing fixtures.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems integration and maintenance.
- Experience with construction processes related to plumbing installations.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations.
- Carpentry skills for constructing or modifying structures related to plumbing installations.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required by job duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on assembly and installation tasks.

Pay: $30.33-$52.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- plumbing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- plumbing license/certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
