**The Good Core** is a women's only Pilates, Strength, and Yoga fitness studio dedicated to empowering women through high-intensity, low-impact workouts. Our mission is to build strong bodies and a unified fitness community that is inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring. We strive to create a supportive environment where every woman can flourish and thrive.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Pilates Instructors** to join our dynamic team. As a Pilates Instructor at The Good Core, you will lead engaging and challenging group fitness classes that may include **Classical Pilates, Pilates x Strength, or Pilates x HIIT** formats. You will be responsible for creating a motivating environment for our clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead group fitness classes.
- Create and implement effective workout programs aligned with The Good Core's values.
- Provide personalized modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
- Assist with studio events and promotional activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in **Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer), strength training, group fitness, personal training**, or any related fitness discipline.
- Previous experience teaching fitness classes is preferred, however new instructors are also welcomed
- Knowledge and passion to teach or learn Pilates principles, strength training techniques, or HIIT-based formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
