**Job description**

Bomal Electric Inc. is proudly serving Hamilton, GTA and surrounding areas with the highest standards of commercial, industrial and residential electrical solutions.

We are a full-service electrical firm working with the highest standards of electrical contracting in accordance with the current electrical codes and customer specifications.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Preparing Electrical estimates for various projects
- Prepare and/or coordinate full cost estimates on conceptual, design build or general tender work, up to any size and complexity.
- Prepare materials, labour and equipment cost estimations according to proposals, plans, estimates and specifications; without supervision, including project closings
- Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements & prepares itemized lists
- Manage and incorporate scope changes
- Performing necessary wire and load calculations to conform to code
- Ability to handle project management

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience working as an electrical estimator
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Basic project management skills
- Great customer services skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Fire Alarm estimating experience is a bonus
- Travel may be required

**JOB TYPE**: Hourly, Hybrid

**SALARY**: $35 - $60 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
