**Responsibilities**

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to assume the full-time role of Assistant Superintendent, reporting to the Resident Manager.

The assistant Superintendent is responsible for:

- Ensure the cleanliness of the building and vacant suites
- Showing vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Responding to residents when the main superintendent is not available and working closely with the Property Management team
- Assisting in ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with contracts
- Assisting with the day-to-day building operations

**Qualifications**
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter, able to problem solve
- Excellent & thorough cleaning skills
- Experience in similar role
- Basic skills in plumbing
- electrical an asset
- Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
