**About this opportunity**
Are you looking for an exciting **student**opportunity full of meaningful, diverse, and challenging assignments working alongside industry leading professionals? You will be part of a driven, and collaborative team completing important projects while receiving the mentorship, knowledge, and experience to develop the skills you need to build an exciting career.
**What you’ll do**
- Conduct research and analysis related to DEI best practices; support program development and execution to support Cenovus’s I&D strategy and goals
- Design and facilitation of mental health & well-being programming and practices to foster individual and organizational health and wellness
- Support staff wellbeing & engagement hub; Oversight of well-being inbox and Support with data collection & assessments
**Who you are**
- Available to begin work in **May 2026**
We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
**Education**
- Must be enrolled in a Business (Human Resources, Commerce), Psychology, or Education Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
- **New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.**

- Networking events coordinated by the New Grad Committee including group mentoring from senior/executive leaders, lunch ‘n learns, guest speakers, technical presentations, and holiday celebrations.

- Structured goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Opportunity to present work-term learnings to the Cenovus Leadership team.
- Students moving for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum relocation payment to assist with relocation expenses.
