Overview:
**The Role**

Toronto Memory Program is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to be responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to our research program.

**This role will be based in Toronto, ON (North York) and is a full time position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of source documentation
- Uploading/scanning research documents to PSS Suite EMR and to sponsors/CRO’s as directed
- Photocopying and filing of source documents and regulatory documents
- Archiving of research documents
- Distribution of safety reports

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- 1 year in a similar role, preferably within the medical field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience with PS Suite Electronic Scheduling system or similar EMR an asset
