Working directly with the **Treasury Team**, the **Payments and Treasury Clerk** will provide support to the team with precise and diligent execution, and ensure efficient updates and to fill-in-the gaps of our operations cycles.

In this position, you will be responsible for documentation and preparation of reports. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines will contribute to the team's overall success.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Verify accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- Perform high volume of input using word processing, spreadsheet, Excel or other computer software
- Review errors, missing or invalid information and resolves any discrepancies
- Prepare and issue documents and reports
- Prepare period or cost statements and reports
- Perform regular backups and ensure reports are in order

**Required knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an attention-to-detail
- Ability to follow guidelines and repetitive processes to ensure successful day-to-day operation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Accuracy and adaptive to processing tools
- Cooperative and willing to assist others

**Qualifications**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- High school diploma, or post-secondary diploma preferred
