Natural Health Brand Ambassador

Dynamic Demos is a National Events Agency providing Brand Ambassadors to facilitate educational and sampling events in the Natural Supplements, Organic Skincare and Healthy Grocery Categories. We work with fun, innovative and exceptional Brands and provide these events in a Grocery or Health Food Chain environment.

We are expanding our team of Healthy Food and Natural Health Brand Ambassadors in the Ottawa area.

If you are passionate about healthy food and natural health and have experience or interest in either of these categories, we would like to extend an opportunity to join us in the immediate future on a flexible, part-time basis. Our Brand Ambassadors work a variety of shifts, weekdays & weekends, in big-box grocery store and health food store locations.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are seeking charismatic individuals who display friendly customer focus, a passion for food and natural health and a professional appearance and demeanor.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be comfortable engaging with consumers in highly interactive environments and generating sales by offering samples and nutritional information.

This is **not** a sales rep position. Our intention is to provide energetic and professional, in-store support of a variety of products with a dedicated team of credible Brand Ambassadors, providing educational and sampling events in a retail environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be timely, friendly, neat in appearance and professional at all times
- Keep accurate track of samples consumed and sales-generated reports during each shift
- Set-up demo table, maintain a clean environment and at the end of your shift, dismantle and take with you all equipment used
- Prepare a variety of samples following Food Safe requirements in accordance with CIFS
- Enthusiastically engage the consumer to promote and encourage brand loyalty & sales

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle**
- **Minimum Level 1, CIFS Food Handler Certification** (available on-line 24/7)
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in an unsupervised environment
- Effective cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to stand and actively engage consumers for a minimum of 4 hours
- Be available for a variety of 3-6 hour shifts; days, early evenings and weekends
- Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs/13.60 kg, unassisted
- Comfortable assembling a demonstration table
- Experience with customer service, demonstrating/selling is mandatory
- Available to start training immediately
