We are seeking a **Technology Analyst** Student**for our **North American Headquarters (NAHQ)** in **Edmonton, Alberta**, that is available for **8** months** starting in **May 2025**. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Solution Architect.

As a **Technology Analyst** Student** and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

- Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure
- Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams
- Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
- Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in Proof-of-Concepts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Currently enrolled in a management information system, information technology, computer science, or operations management program
- Always on top of the latest technology trends
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
- Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or.NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
