**Your Role**:
You’ll work hands-on, outdoors, and at heights — cleaning everything from windows and gutters to siding, roofs, and interlock pavers.
You’ll be climbing ladders, managing equipment, and ensuring jobs are done with precision and care.

**Your Day-to-Day Might Include**:

- Cleaning windows, gutters, siding, concrete, and more
- Working on ladders (up to 40ft) and roofs (up to 60ft)
- Operating lifts and pressure washing equipment
- Communicating with clients and maintaining our reputation
- Staying safe, organized, and efficient on every job

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’re the kind of person who:

- Takes pride in detailed, high-quality work
- Doesn’t mind physical labour or working in the sun
- Perseveres through tough jobs
- Works well independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- G2 or Full G driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Clean criminal record
- Physically able to lift 60lbs and work at heights
- No major past injuries that would affect performance
- Reliable transportation

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience with pressure washing or exterior cleaning
- Comfort working on ladders or roofs
- Bilingual (English + French)
