**About the Team & Business Line**:

As a core member of our Interface Solutions team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Interface Solutions is responsible for all aspects of portfolio data exchange and support across trade processing, pricing and position data. The group has an operational and a strategic mandate to fulfill.
**Your Role**:
- Responsible for Standard extracts requests and support, including investigation and management of file generation or data issues
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties to discuss reporting issues. This includes clients, vendors and counterparties addition to internal CFS teams.
- Takes a proactive approach to solving issues, displays initiative and good example by contributing ideas for increased efficiencies and/or automation of the various support procedures.
- Work with Client Integration on the creation of new standard Spos/STRD/Taxlot extracts
- Engage with Data management to ensure correct delivery of standard extracts
- Configure and maintain reporting interfaces as per internal and external business instructions, including investigation and address post-implementation discrepancies as required.
- Safely retire & decommission legacy reports that are no longer required
- Assist Management in design and implementation of workflow processes and improvements.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies, risk mitigation, standardization and automation and work with managers and team to translate into actionable projects.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to users in terms that can be easily understood.
**About You**:
- You have a Degree qualified in an IT/Business related discipline with a keen interest in financial services.
- Ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in an operations processing or related support environment
- Ability to understand source systems, data dependencies, interfaces, data integration and transformation
- General knowledge of databases or experience using SQL Server (T-SQL) and/or Visual Basic is desirable
- Possess excellent communication skills
