Job Title: Waiter/Waitress at Mon Ami Korean BBQ

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations.
- Upsell alcohol to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Accept payment from guests and process transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
