We are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to lead and oversee daily operations at our warehouse. This role is key in ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate handling of our products as we import and export across markets. The manager will supervise a team of 6 and ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of 6 warehouse staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, including packaging, LTL shipments, and order accuracy.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity across the warehouse team.
- Ensure proper inventory management, including stock movement, replenishment, and organization.
- Supervise order processing, packaging, and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve efficiency and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and shipping practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Forklift/reach truck certification are an asset.
