Your a jack of all trades as you can pretty much figure out and repair almost anything from your household appliances to doing your own auto repairs. Not because you have to, but because you have an insatiable curiosity to learn how things work and are addicted to the satisfaction that comes with diagnosing a problem and fixing it yourself. You have a basic understanding of all the trades such as electrical A/C & D/C, mechanical, plumbing, welding, auto repair, etc. If this is you, we offer a very unique and interesting career. **NO trade tickets or specific industry experience is required.** Full technical training is provided along with top pay and lucrative profit sharing.

We need help in two places:
**1: In the shop, rebuilding / repairing equipment**: You will spend time refinishing metal parts, rebuilding plumbing, electrical and structural components of the equipment along with assembly and testing. You will work with mínimal supervision. You will need a keen attention to detail, some fortitude to power through the crappy parts of the work and some creativity to solve special requirements or challenges. You are not afraid to get a little dirty using grinders, sanders and bead blasters. All the tools that you need (or want) will be provided.

**2: In the field, repairing & maintaining the same equipment on customers sites**: You will spend your days traveling SW Ontario doing preventive maintenance and repairing equipment in hospitals and laboratories. You will work with no supervision. You will need to be resourceful, think on your feet and have a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair various AC / DC electrical components along with the various valves and systems they control. The answers you need to solve a technical problem might not be in the manual and will rely on your troubleshooting abilities. Customer relation skills are as important as technical skills in this role. We will provide your vehicle, or pay for the use of yours. A modest set of hand tools is required.

No matter which of the two job descriptions appeals to you most, you must be willing to learn the other, and be able to do both.

**You are**:

- Licensed and have reliable transportation (We supply a company car for field service work or if you prefer we will pay for using yours)

- Jack of many trades. You need not be master of any, but you should be familiar with the basics.
- In possession of keen troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with (any) or (all) of the following:

- _AC & DC electrical systems_
- _electronics and/or control PLC systems_
- _plumbing, steam fitting, welding and soldering_
- _working with power and hand tools_
- _Able to work without supervision_
- You do not have a drivers license or access to reliable transportation. We are on a bus route presently, but might not remain so.
- You are not looking for a permanent position and have no desire to get trained in a new career for free while earning an ever increasing salary.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
