We are looking for an Irrigation Supervisor to add to our growing team and help keep Nutri-Lawn the leading name in the professional lawn care and irrigation industry.

**Day-to-Day at Nutri-Lawn**
- Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. No evenings or weekends.
- Team atmosphere, working from our office in Dartmouth, NS.
- Supervise irrigation team members (4-5) as their direct point of contact and support.
- Provide practical hands-on training, coaching, and development of irrigation team members.
- Complete production, including system maintenance, installations, upgrades, and service, repair and troubleshooting of residential and commercial inground sprinkler systems.
- Implementing best practices for ongoing employee training.
- Industry and company training.
- Quarterly team social events.

- Annual compensation of $50,000, plus incentives.

**Desired Skills**

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have the following attributes:

- **Minimum 2-years of practical experience installing and repairing inground sprinkler systems.**:

- **Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) certificate is an asset.**:

- Ability to work flexible/additional hours during the spring.
- Energetic, hard working and team oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Technology efficient. Experience with office management tools is an asset.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills, software, and processes.
- Knowledge of lawn care products and services is a benefit.
- High school diploma or industry related education.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
