**Casual Educational Assistants**

**(Spruce Grove and Stony Plain Schools)**

Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division is currently seeking Educational Assistants for our schools in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, AB. As a Casual Educational Assistant for in the Spruce Grove/Stony Plain area, you will be expected to work in at least one of the following schools:

- (Pre-K to Grade 4)
- (Pre-K to Grade 4)
- (Grades 5 to 8)
- (Grades 9 to 12)
- (Pre-K to Grade 8)

Rate of pay $18.90/hour (hourly rate plus 4% vacation pay) as per Support Terms and Conditions of Employment.
- Experience utilizing strength-based, trauma informed practices
- Experience working with students with diverse needs
- Able to effectively deal with crisis situation; physically able to lift and/or protect
- Supporting Individuals through Valued Attachments training
- Mental Health First Aid or equivalent
- Diploma in child/youth care, Educational Assistant Certificate is an asset
