Banquet Server

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and place settings.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle food safely according to health regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the breakdown of events by clearing tables and cleaning up after the event concludes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, but not required.
- Weekend availability is a must
- Ability to work long hours sometimes, and late evenings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.70 per hour
