**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing team as the owner of our content marketing initiatives across all digital platforms and formats. Your goal is to help us drive qualified traffic and leads by establishing ProjectLine as a leading authority in the small to mid-size ERP market.

**As Our Demand Generation Specialist, You Will**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive inbound lead generation, aligned with our objectives and target market segments.
- Update website content, with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Build social media presence to engage our audience and promote content.
- Own all analytics and reporting for content marketing efforts.
- Own data accuracy in our CRM and feed data into marketing automation tools to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify insights and content opportunities.
- Recommend ways to improve content management, CRM and other internal processes.
- Complete ongoing training to deepen and expand relevant job skills.

**How Success Will be Measured**

The Demand Generation Specialist will be measured on the increase in new prospects and continual improvement of prospect nurturing, through the consistent development of high-quality content.

Specific measurements include:

- Measurable growth across organic traffic and volume of qualified conversions.
- Growth in marketing qualified leads, with a clear connection between content and ROI.
- Increase in search keyword rankings for relevant topics.

**The Skills & Experience You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or communications. Equivalent experience is also accepted.
- Impeccable writing, editorial and verbal communication skills, with an outstanding command of the English language and extreme attention to detail.
- Great at telling a story using words and images, with an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
- Ability to transform technical content into easily digestible insights and educate less technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of demand generation strategies, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful content marketing programs that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and willingness to deepen knowledge through independent learning.
- Capable of following strategic direction and adhering to brand standards, while also taking initiative to share creative input and solve challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage content production schedules and deadlines.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A sense of ownership and the drive to learn, grow and excel in their role.
