**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities (including but are not limited to)**:
**Sheet Metal Work**
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
- Install ductwork, dampers, take-offs, canvas connectors, diffusers, grilles, etc.
- Install furnaces, HRVs, VAVs, fan coils, and other HVAC equipment.
- Fabricate plenum transitions and other components from flat stock material.
- Install rooftop units and make-up air systems, including associated drops and distribution.

**Air Conditioning & Refrigeration**
- Install and commission small AC systems (e.g., splits, PTACs, fan coils).
- Demonstrate intermediate understanding of low-voltage control circuits and temperature controls.
- Conduct warranty service investigations and provide clear feedback to supervisors/project managers.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.

**General Duties**
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and electronically.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in sheet metal installation.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and designs.
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Reliable transportation.

Base Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
