**We currently have an immediate opening for a combined role of a Mobile Klinik Repair Technician and Sales Associate at our Stettler location.**

The Position:

- As a Repair Technician & Sales Associate you will test, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair smart phones and tablets using state of the art equipment in a while you wait, customer facing environment.
- You will be able to assist our customers to choose the best TELUS products and services that will help improve their day to day lives while providing repair and replacement solutions.
- You will become a product expert on the complete TELUS lineup of smartphones, connected devices, accessories, rate plans, home security and automation, business solutions as well as TV and internet products (varies by region).
- 4L Associates are comfortable dealing with customers in-store, as well as contacting our customers via phone or online interactions.
- You will be accountable to repair and retail sales targets and metrics.
