**Operations Specialist (Temporary Role)**

Parts Town Canada, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada Limited, is the single source for the largest inventory of 100% Genuine OEM foodservice replacement parts on the ground in Canada. We are the leader within our industry and are looking to grow our team

**Position Summary**:
**Job at a Glance**
- Partners with the Customer Experience team to deliver a world-class experience.
- Keeps a detailed record of order instructions to ensure customer orders are processed correctly.
- Works closely with our Customer Experience team to resolve shipping related issues.
- Ensures order compliance and export regulations by accurately processing all shipment documentation.
- Proactively communicates with customers to give updates on important order changes.
- Manages and enter orders using the system.
- Provides the customer experience team regular updates on compliance and order entry performance.
- Conducts end-user ERP and other system testing as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum high school graduation required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a data entry or administrative capacity.
- Experience with Syspro and Salesforce is preferable.
- Aptitude in working concurrently with multiple systems, portals, databases, and ERP.
- Minimum 50 wpm.
- Detail-oriented with great attention to speed, efficiency and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
