Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow and enforce housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs promptly
- Handle guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in hotel Housekeeping or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
