As the Warehouse Operations officer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our warehouse facility and ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations related to inventory, logistics, and distribution. Your expertise in warehouse management will be crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing efficient processes, and upholding quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Warehouse Management:

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory control measures.

2. Inventory Control:

- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and manage replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet demand.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food industry.

3. Proven track record of effectively managing warehouse operations, optimizing processes, and leading teams.

4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.

5. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.

6. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Forklift Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 2T7 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
