Refrigeration Technician

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Expected to work alongside owner of the company and eventually independently on his/her own jobs as assigned.
- Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Maintain and repair existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary for integrated system installations.
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations throughout all work processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Journeyman/woman Plumber or in a similar role within the plumbing/refrigeration industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment related to plumbing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.
- A valid plumber's license is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $41.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
