**We’re hiring a Field Support Specialist** — a dependable team player with strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and comfort with technology.
This is not a desk job. As part of our specialized mobile team, you’ll be out in the field—responding to property-related requests, supporting clients directly, and handling technical tasks like battery changes, system checks, and teaching clients how to use their alarm systems. You’ll also assist our technician team by troubleshooting basic issues and identifying when a service call is required.

**What You'll Do**
- Teach clients how to use their alarm systems and answer basic questions on-site
- Replace alarm batteries, troubleshoot minor system issues, and assist with basic tech-related tasks
- Respond to client requests, urgent issues, and scheduled property visits throughout Vancouver’s Westside
- Communicate with clients in a calm, confident manner that builds trust and reinforces our high service standards
- Drive between sites using a company vehicle
- Collaborate closely with our Operations and Technical teams
- Maintain clear communication with your team and keep accurate records of completed tasks
- Make confident, real-time decisions to ensure service is delivered smoothly, safely, and professionally

- You thrive under pressure and are able to think quickly on your feet
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license and a clean abstract
- Authorization to work in Canada and a clean criminal record
- Experience in hospitality or emergency response is an asset
- Familiarity with Vancouver's westside neighbourhoods is an asset
