What can I expect to do in this role? **You will**: - prepare and submit both regular and fixed-term payroll, attendance and benefits documentation - verify employee entitlements and payroll related payments and deductions - respond to employee inquiries and liaise with human resource specialists - prepare correspondence, input or extract payroll and attendance data and produce reports - calculate and reconcile documents relating to payroll, attendance and employee benefit entitlements How do I qualify? Knowledge and Experience - You have knowledge of and experience working with human resources, payroll, attendance and benefits processing requirements and practices. Computer Skills - You have proven knowledge of computerized attendance, payroll, scheduling and HR systems to accurately input data/information. Analytical and Arithmetic Skills - You can perform accurate calculations related to payroll, attendance, and employee benefit entitlements. - You can identify, analyze and resolve a variety of payroll and HR issues. - You have proven attention to detail to ensure high degree of accuracy. Organizational Skills - You can co-ordinate and complete work within established timeframes and under mínimal supervision.
