**We are looking for fun, dynamic individuals to join our Nursery Sales team**

**Are you able to assist customers with their home gardening and landscaping needs?**

**We are currently recruiting for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and know their way around trees, shrubs and perennials.**

**Do you want to be part of team that excels in customer service?**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting homeowners & landscapers with the selection & purchase of plant material based on their specific requirements.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail sales yard to Company standards and customers expectations
- Ensure all plant material has proper signage by doing daily checks of the yard and greenhouses
- Merchandising of products including plants, shrubs, trees, pots and fountains
- Working with other departments as requested

**Key requirements for the position are**:

- Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- **Sound knowledge of trees and shrubs as evidenced by work experience or home gardening experience is required**:

- Retail experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Knowledge of landscape design is an asset
- Flexible availability to work 4-5 days per week (Partial Weekends are Required)
- Strong customer service skills
- Physically fit in order to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk and bend for up to 8 hours daily
- Steel toe boots/shoes are required

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
