Toronto, Canada Investigative Solutions Network Inc. Full time

ISN is seeking an experienced Private Investigator to join our team in the Toronto, Ontario area. As a Surveillance Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance assignments and gathering meaningful evidence to meet client and company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct mobile and foot surveillance for insurance claims, corporate, and legal investigations;
- Gather and document high-quality video and photographic evidence;
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and comprehensive reports;
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols;
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from management; and
- Manage assignments with strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Competencies**:

- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Problem-solving mindset with investigative thinking;
- Proficiency with computers, software, and surveillance equipment (cameras, video gear);
- Access to a reliable, surveillance-suitable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Ontario; and
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.

**Experience**:

- Mobile and foot surveillance for insurance and corporate investigations; and
- Background in law enforcement or a related investigative field (an asset).

**Qualifications/Education**:

- Successful completion of Investigator training/course; and
- Valid Ontario Private Investigator Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- PI License (required)

Work Location: On the road
