**Job Duties**:

- Supervision and leadership of the overall submetering project team
- Management and coordination of submetering supply/installation contracts and field projects
- Oversee development of quotes and proposals for submetering projects
- Perform demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of submetering / participate in the sales process
- Coordinating solutions to meet customer requirements and issues
- Ability to solve problems and provide customers with technical advice and analysis for their metering/communication issues
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical metering and/or electrical control and wiring systems
- Oversight of MCMS certifications and approvals
- Development of training documentation for submetering
- Maintaining understanding and knowledge of current products and their capabilities

**Job Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Supervision of metering system installation teams/contractors
- Knowledge of water, gas, and electrical metering
- Ability to understand single line diagrams
- Capacity to organize and work on several projects concurrently - after work hours when needed
- Ability to work independently on site
- Outstanding time management skills
- Professional and pleasant with clients
- Awareness of electrical and mechanical codes as they relate to metering
- Good knowledge of various test equipment
- Following all safety protocols while on site for installations, metering issues, and meetings
- **Preferred**:

- Two or more year’s experience with project management in the field as an electrician, pipefitter, or suitable trade (HVAC technician, instrumentation, etc)
- Knowledge of Modbus, Internet protocols, and SQL is an asset
- Interest in working in a small business environment

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (required)
