**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Answer telephone calls and resolve customer requests while maintaining high-quality service.
- **Documentation**: Maintain all necessary medical documentation required by the Ministry.
- **Collaboration**: Work with a team of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure clients receive a safe and effective medication management system.
- **Onboarding**: Organize the transition of new homes/organizations to the pharmacy, explaining our services and how they work.
- **Company Image**: Promote a positive company image by ensuring that specified standards are maintained in all operating procedures.
- **Field Work**: Drive out for meetings and urgent deliveries if required.
- **Support Management**: Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- **Presentation**: Lead pharmacy orientation presentations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers or caregivers efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to help improve service quality.

**Qualification**
- Ability to forge strong partnerships with customers and caregivers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Availability to Work Alternative Saturdays.**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, resourceful attitude.
- Safe and reliable driving skills (G-license required).
- Experience giving presentations is an asset.
- Proficiency with office software and experience with support ticketing systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role is essential in bridging the gap between the organization and the community, ensuring that both parties work together towards common goals.
