**_Details_**
We are currently looking for a **_Production Technician (L1) _**for our Toronto, Ontario location. This position is responsible to complete repairs and assist Level 3 Technicians with training and technical support.
**Responsibilities**:
Product/component defect analysis and resolution.
Component testing and repair/replacement (leaded and SMT) of analog and digital circuits.
Completion of service reports.
Working in accordance to our Quality Management System, along with following company safety rules and company policies.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
Other duties as required by Production Department Management.
**Working Conditions**:
Light assembly work in an electronics environment.
40 hours per week, overtime when required.
**Qualifications/ Education**:
Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent would be preferred.
2-3 years’ experience specializing in testing, debugging and repair of electronic components or systems.
Must have good soldering skills.
Computer literate.
Must be able to speak, read and write English at a basic level.
**On-Site Training Requirements**:
- SAP B1
- WHMIS
- ESD
- Other training as required
