**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

**Wage**:$25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

**About the Role**:
**Qualifications**:

- Experience in cabinet building, laminate countertop fabrication, and installation (preferred).
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Physically able to lift 90+ lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- A team player with strong customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build cabinets and fabricate laminate countertops with precision.
- Install cabinets and laminate countertops on-site.
- Remove existing countertops cleanly when required.
- Communicate with clients professionally on-site; escalate concerns to the office when needed.
- Make templates for countertops as required.
- Perform bending, kneeling, and twisting regularly.
- Be willing to travel out of town when needed.
- Work overtime when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
