**Duties**:

- Leading crew of 3-5 labourers with a primary role of, but not limited to, delivering fencing to customers in Saskatoon and surrounding area.
- Ensuring workflow with bales and fencing jobs are correctly organized at start of day
- Between deliveries, assisting with cart pickup and returns.
- Assisting fencing employees with adherence to all safety procedures and policies according to company Safety Manual and OH&S Regulations.
- Completing general duties around shop and yard, assisting with decaling steel containers, cart assembly, and shop maintenance.
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstration of organizational skills specifically regarding call completion and communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with Supervision Guidance
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience operating equipment is considered an asset
- Minimum valid Class 5 driver’s license with acceptable abstract required.
- Class G or Air endorsement an asset but not required
- ** A criminal record check will be required**
