We're looking for driven, reliable, and skilled contractors who are passionate about the snow industry and ready to grow with us.

**What We’re Looking For**
Do you check these boxes? If so, we want to hear from you:

- Passion for snow removal and the equipment to back it up
- A strong drive for hours—day or night
- Open availability for the full winter season (an asset)
- Owner/operator of skid steers, heavy machinery, quads, plow trucks, or hand crew
- Ability to attend our pre-season service & orientation meeting
- Willingness to follow company protocols and procedures
- Good communicator and a strong team player
- Interested in leadership roles on major sites (for qualified crews)
- Snow insurance is an asset; we may consider operators without it at a reduced rate

Important: We are only onboarding contractors who do not hold other snow contracts. Loyalty and availability are key to joining our team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $30.00-$165.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 60 per week
