We are on a journey to assemble multiple industry-leading players into the most agile and efficient provider in the Canadian market. **We are looking for **Sales Enablement Manager.** **What we offer**: - Competitive salary based on experience - Pleasant and flexible work environment - Comprehensive and flexible group insurance program - 3 personal wellness days - 3 weeks of vacation **Responsibility**: - Analyze sales processes to enhance Salesforce productivity and effectiveness. - Establish training needs based on pipeline analysis - Design and develop sales training courses and content modalities including, "On-Demand and Instructor-led live, virtual training" - Define course requirements, create course deliverables, and see the work through, including delivery of the course - Create relevant, cutting-edge sales enablement and gamification content that enhances the learning process - Develop course facilitation and instructor and students guides - Maintain and update training materials and course catalogs - Ongoing management of recurring enablement communications - Ensure alignment of curriculum to company initiatives and roadmap - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of course content - Collaborate with content creators across the company to ensure Cloudbeds continue to leverage high-impact content in our sales process **You’ll Succeed **at**: - Minimum 3 year working in a Sales Enablement organization with exposure to cross function teams including Marketing, Finance, Recruiting and People and Culture. - Exposure to end-to-end, curriculum development process-based methodology (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) - Experience in developing e-learning courseware using top industry software - Experience with Learning Management Systems - Experience with Knowledge Management Systems - Proficiency with CRM and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce & Pardot preferred - An analytical mind, independent and self-motivated professional with strong business acumen - Ability to create simple, relevant, and memorable stories and content in different modalities - Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance. - Skilled in the creation, implementation, and validation of assessments to measure the effectiveness of training Current on instructional innovation and technology - Experience designing and running live training sessions - English language fluency (written and verbal) essential. **You’ll Excel **at**: - Understanding of different Sales Methodologies (preferably Premier Sales Organization (PSO) framework - Strong capability in MS Excel and - Experience in analyzing sales ramp-up - Experience in the hospitality industry or SaaS, Retail marketing - Intermediate Skill in Google Sheet (formulas, pivot tables, graphs) - Note: This is a remote position that can be done anywhere **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience - Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, or Services Marketing and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas - Exposure to Sales Compensation development and management - Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc. - Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches - Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal) You must reside in Canada and are legally allowed to work in Canada.
