**Trillium Ford Lincoln Ltd. is seeking a **Full Time Service Advisor for our Shelburne location.

**506168 Highway 89, Mono, ON L9V 1H8**

**Job role**:

- Providing estimates, scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders and relaying information to customers
- Advising customers of available services and the value of maintaining their vehicle
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Working with customers to manage concerns
- Working proactively to ensure customer satisfaction

**What we’re looking for**:

- Clear communication & customer relations skills
- A great attitude
- Minimum 1 year Service Advisor experience, experience with SERTI an asset
- Strong technical & mechanical knowledge
- Experience with the Ford & Lincoln brand is an asset
- Thrives in a fast paced environment & works well under pressure
- Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Friendly and trustworthy individual
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service & teamwork
- Excellent listening skills, problem solver
