**POSITION IS IN-OFFICE**
**Expedition Expectations**
As key member of the Direct Travel team, Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for Direct Travel clients. This role will work closely with Leisure Travel team members within the Brandon, MB branch and report to the Branch/Regional Manager.
**Passport to Success**
- Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
- Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events and personal networking
- Sell Direct Travel strategic supplier products
- Plan itineraries, book tickets, and arrange travel accommodations and services
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
- Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients
- Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel
**Going the Extra Mile**
- A minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience
- Demonstrate professional customer service skills
- Maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
- Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
- Working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Solid organizational skills that result in enhanced productivity
- Must be able to lawfully work in Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada
