The BI & Reporting Analyst is a member of the Finance and Accounting team,

reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence and Financial Systems.

The BI & Reporting Analyst role supports the reporting and analytic needs of the Firm in

all aspects of the management reporting and business intelligence function.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement reporting packages, dashboards, and data

products with focus on management reporting and financial analytics with

effective story-telling and visualization
- Provide support and enhance Firm’s reporting and data architecture
- Work with Sr. BI & Reporting Analyst to gather and understand reporting

requirements, business drivers, KPIs, and classification and definitions
- Perform data analysis to produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Validate the quality and integrity of the data in reporting packages and

dashboards
- Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes, critical business

logic and knowledge
- Provide end user training on BI tools and solutions

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required
- Experience within a professional services firm an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in a reporting function
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Math, Business, or related field
- CPA or CFA designation a plus
- Experience with BI tools (Microsoft BI - SSRS or Power BI experience an asset)
- Experience with DBMS systems (Microsoft SQL Server experience an asset)
- Proficient with SQL scripting (MDX, DAX, and R/Python experience an asset)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and presentation skills (bi
- lingual an asset)
- Ability to work in a Team environment and to manage competing priorities in an

agile environment
- Ability to liaison between functional and technical domain experts

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
