**What you will do**

Under the direction of Hospitality Manager, the **Short-Term Rental Housekeeping Attendant duties include, but not limited to**:

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment homes within the short-term rental portfolio to the standard of Management: _
- Performs cleaning duties following Company standards in apartment homes and building public areas including, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping all floors, cleaning windows, dusting all surfaces, cleaning light fixtures, wiping mailboxes, etc.
- Ensure all bedding and towels are laundered between guests.
- Ensure bed is made according to Company standards
- Return furnishings and accessories to the correct location within the apartment home
- Be present during Management’s apartment post-cleaning inspection and follow up when necessary.
- Maintains inventory of necessary cleaning supplies and promptly report shortages.
- Ensure appliances are all in working condition before reporting the apartment home is ready for a new guest.
- Report damage, regular maintenance issues, safety hazards and items left behind before leaving the community.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies.
- Follow Covid-19 Pandemic health & safety regulations and procedures.
- Occasionally deliver amenities to guests and units.
- Occasionally perform laundry.
- Strong ability to move, pull and push furniture if required.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
- Qualifications / Skills: _
- Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with guests, residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Ability to work evening, public holidays required and occasionally on evenings
- Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
- Must be organized and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education/Experience_
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as housekeeping attendant or residential cleaner.
- Abilities (Physical): _
- Must be physically able to bend, kneel, stretch, sweep, mop, shovel, climb stairs and lift 50 lbs.
- Physical ability to move, pull and push furniture if required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
