Primacy Management Inc., a Calian company, is currently looking for qualified Family Physicians to **_OPEN_ **or **_RELOCATE_** their practice to our medical clinic space within the Real Canadian Superstore on the main level. Located at 19851 Willowbrook Drive, Langley, BC, this high traffic location is ideal for two or three Family physicians plus Walk-In services 6 or 7 days a week.

**Clinic Space**:

- 2220 sq. ft. built out medical clinic space with leaseholds including, built in cabinetry, reception desk and waiting/exam room patient chairs
- 6 Exam Rooms

- Procedure Room
- Laboratory
- 2 Physician Offices

- Patient Washroom/Accessible

- Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
