**Job Summary**
As a Lead Generator, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts to help the Filipino community achieve their financial goals. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, share the value of our services, and set up appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll be researching leads, making initial contact, and building meaningful relationships to generate interest in our offerings. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, wants to turn their network into extra income, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify leads and gather information to determine if they’re a good fit for our services.
- Set appointments for our advisors to connect with qualified prospects.
- Meet outreach and appointment-setting targets to support our sales goals.
- Accurately log and track all outreach activities and leads.
- Compensation is made through qualified leads booked (COMP CAP: $15,000/month)

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Ability to connect with individuals from the Filipino community and understand their unique challenges.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment and meeting outreach and sales targets.
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with the Filipino community in the GTA is highly preferred.
- Tagalog-speaking ability is a significant advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
