Areas of focus, but not limited to, in dual diagnosis, mental health considerations, addictions, behavioural, and criminal justice involvement; or any combination of these supports.

→ To be an active collaborating member of the Teams providing services to the People entrusted to Life Empowerment**QUALIFICATIONS**:_

→ Previous experience supporting people living with disabilities as well as people experiencing complexities, preferred.
→ A genuine interest in encouraging others to reach their greatest potential through a solution-focused approach is a must
→ Community inclusiveness and the ability to be a self-starter and to work within a team approach

→ Documentation and reporting of services, will provide training as required
- **WORKING CONDITIONS**:_

We are currently looking for team members that will provide support either in the Town and the County of Barrhead, and/or in our
Whitecourt and Woodlands County.

→ Must be reliable and dependable

→ Must have reliable transportation

→ Must be of the mindset that it’s the Person(s) in service interests and routines you will be accommodating

→ Must be flexible and accepting of changes in your work schedule (as directed by each specific program’s needs.

→ Must be in good health

→ Must be willing to follow routines and protocols
- **WORK HOURS**:_
- Shifts are from two (2) hours to 24 hours in length
- Sunday through Saturday; must be willing to work weekends, overnights, in addition to weekdays, as scheduled
