**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes to move freight efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Utilize order picking techniques to accurately fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by building and stacking pallets as needed.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling environment is preferred.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately build orders.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
