We're looking for deeply-technical and inventive individuals with research experience in polymer materials and polymer chemistry for a new startup.
As the technical leadership of this venture, you will be:
- Kickstarting your entrepreneurial journey by aligning yourself to innovations/patents that have been sourced directly from world-class research institutions.
- Working alongside our core-team, executives, and investors in the company creation and development process.
- Building and leading the technical development team of your venture, towards achieving a minimum viable product in 6-12 months.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to your team to validate your product's core functions.
**What we offer**:
- $600-800K in pre-seed funding

**What we're looking for**:
- PhD in Chemistry or Physics specialized in polymer materials chemistry, polymer characterization and polymer synthesis with a strong research/publication history
- Passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and the proliferation of new innovations.
- Leadership experience demonstrated in or out of the workplace.
- Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
